Directions to clinic location from Highway 12 (Heading East)

• Take the CR-M/Airport Road exit 250 to the left onto Airport Road.
• Airport Road becomes Century Avenue.
• Turn left onto Frank Lloyd Wright Avenue (on the corner is Starbucks).

Directions to clinic location from Highway 12/14 (Heading West)

• Take exit 251A-251B for US-14 W/Parmenter Street toward Spring Green/La Crosse.
• Take exit 251B on the left for Parmenter Street.
• Continue straight.  At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Parmenter Street.
• Turn right onto Century Avenue.
• Turn left onto Frank Lloyd Wright Avenue.

Directions to clinic location from Madison (via University Avenue)

• From University (heading West) turn right onto Allen Boulevard.
• Turn left to Century Avenue
• Turn right onto Frank Lloyd Wright Avenue (Wisconsin Credit Union is on the corner)

The Therapeutic Massage Center of Middleton is located on the first floor of the building and is completely handicap accessible.

We are located on the right side of the road across from Copp’s grocery store.
